SaaS lead generation

Software buyers compare options before they talk to sales. We put you in front of them while they compare, and judge the work by qualified demos and pipeline, not sign-ups that never convert.

  • Apps
  • IT platforms

How we bring in leads

Google Ads

Search campaigns on category, problem, and 'alternative to' terms, with your customer list excluded. Closed deals flow back from your CRM so bidding favors real pipeline.

Facebook Ads

Retargeting site visitors and trial users, and lookalike audiences built from your best customers.

ChatGPT Ads

Buyers ask ChatGPT for software recommendations. A small, tracked test shows whether it brings demos at a cost you'd accept.

What the audit checks

  • Whether demo and trial conversions are tracked separately
  • Search terms bringing in students, job seekers, and free-tool hunters
  • Competitor campaigns and how their ads are worded
  • Whether CRM deal stages flow back to Google and Meta
  • Landing pages: one clear ask, a short form, proof of fit

A good fit if

  • You sell software to businesses through demos or trials
  • You track deal stages in a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Plenty of sign-ups, but few become paying customers

Common questions

Should we bid on competitor names?

It can work for 'alternative to' searches. Competitor names can be used as keywords, but Google may restrict a competitor's trademark in your ad text if they complain, so we keep it out of the ads.

Do you run LinkedIn Ads?

No. We run Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and ChatGPT Ads. If the audit shows LinkedIn would suit you better, we'll say so.
